I got pulled over for 24 mph over ( 94 on a 70 ) on 12/31/2022 and I was very frustrated because it was my first speeding violation in my life. And I really didn't know what to do. Also I live in NJ so I can't go to the court on the court day and I need an attorney to help me out. I hired Mr.Jones and he reduced it to 9 over the limit and reckless driving to endanger was dismissed. Mr.Jones is the best attorney, especially traffic violations. The day I hired Mr. Jones, aka Frankie, was a very frantic day, to say the least. I won’t go into specific details of my case. When I called Frankie, he was with another client and had a full schedule planned for the day. He made time to meet me in the courthouse, review my case and give me an upfront and honest answer. If anyone needs a lawyer for traffic violations (Speeding), definitely give this office a call. I got pulled over for 34 mph over (104 on a 70) and Mr. Jones managed to reduce it to just 9 over the speed limit (Thank you very much). Just make sure to do a defensive driving course and provide them with your information for they can print out your driving record and the rest will be done by Mr. Jones. Good luck to whoever’s reading this and really consider this place.

I couldn't be happier with the services I received from Mr. Jones! Franklin Jones law firm and his staff were great to work with and delivered certainly more than what was expected. I called them on a Friday to handle a traffic ticket. They literally went across the street, to the court house, got all the info they needed, then called me back on Monday. I had spoken to over a dozen law firms. And Not only were they the best priced, BY FAR!, but they handled everything the very next day. They called me on Wed, to tell me that all charges were dismissed. If you don't call them first, you are wasting your time and money. I also love the fact that unlike the other law firms in NC. They take credit cards, it made everything easy since I now live 8+hours away.

I shopped around before getting to him and a few other lawyers in Halifax County were quick to try and persuade me to take a plea & it was nothing else they could do. Mr Jones gave me a few options, gave me a list of things to do that he thought might help me, but he was also honest with me about my possible outcome.
